What Information We Collect
We collect personal and business information when you use our website, complete our free Brand Health Check, contact us, or engage us for paid consulting services.
Brand Health Check
When you complete the free Brand Health Check on our website, we collect:

Contact and Consulting Enquiries
If you contact us or engage us for paid consulting services, we may also collect your name, business name, ABN, phone number, and any additional business information you share during the engagement.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to collect anonymised information about how visitors use our website. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information
Delivering the Brand Health Report: Your business information is used to generate a personalised report and PDF delivered by email.
Follow-up emails: After receiving your report, you will receive a small number of follow-up emails with specific actions from your report. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing hello@himy.com.au.
Delivering paid services: If you engage us for a paid project, we use your information to scope, plan, and deliver the agreed services.
Improving our services: We may analyse aggregated, de-identified submissions to improve our tools and services. Individual submissions are not used to train AI models.
Legal obligations: We may use or disclose your information where required by law.

AI Processing of Your Information
By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to your business information being sent to Anthropic's servers in the United States for processing. Anthropic processes this data under enterprise data processing terms and does not use customer API data to train its models. Anthropic's privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/privacy.
Under Australian Privacy Principle 8 (cross-border disclosure), we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle your information consistently with the APPs. By using our service, you also expressly consent to this overseas disclosure as contemplated by APP 8.2(b).

How We Store and Protect Your Information
Your information is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon Inc. on AWS infrastructure. We implement encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls on our database.
Retention: We retain Brand Health Check submission data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission. After this period, your data is securely deleted or de-identified, unless you have entered into an ongoing engagement with us.
In the event of a data breach likely to result in serious harm, we will notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) and affected individuals in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Marketing Communications
By submitting the Brand Health Check form, you consent to receiving your report PDF and a small number of directly related follow-up emails about your report findings. You will not receive broader marketing communications unless you separately opt in.
All emails include an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out at any time by emailing hello@himy.com.au. We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate or incomplete information, and request deletion of your information where we are not required by law to retain it.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@himy.com.au. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Our website uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
